the more we feed the kids the more they grow. crazy! what a concept! Nick is now potty trained and the proud owner of a gold fish name "Fish". silly kid. the fish was the goal of a long....long...potty training. we made in the nick of time before he turned 3. Nick will be 3 years old on august 15th. our little boy is growing too fast and is becoming such a kind little man.
Nathan can now say about a handful of words. Go, up, mom, dada, moor(more), myle (our dog) marchel hayeee(hailey) and his faviorte no. everything is no. "come here nathan" "NO" "want to sit" "NO" "you want to eat" "NO" good thing he is so cute cuz the no thing is getting old fast! this sage will pass before I know it.
Marchel now has two teeth protruding out of her bottom gums. she is pulling herself up on everything and balancing pretty well for her age. She is crazy about her dad and loves to tell the whole world "Da Da" she only wants mom when she is crying. in her class they call her little Tom because they look so much alike. she also is miss social (she gets that from her momma) waving to everyone who walks by.
Last is my little baby Hailey. Hailey still awaits her first tooth. a little white speck is starting to poke through. she has discovered her voice and makes sure everyone notices her by letting out a loud scream. if she is not the center of attention she'll let you know. Hailey is still a little brick. petite yet solid. what a little wonder
As for tom and I, we are plugging away. still waiting for summer to start. Tom was called a few nights ago to suit up and gaurd a man in the hospital. He was able to encourage the man to keep heading in the righ direction. I thought that was really neat even though I had to sleep alone. this is the last week of toms classes and then has a 7 week break. maybe we can ecsape for a while. take a mini vaction.
The family spent a wonderful day in maple valley visitig Jim Jenny and Mary. I was able to meet some family I have been wanting to meet. we have exchanged many letter but have never met. it was really nice!
My wonderful mother in law bought me a worm bin like the one she has. Did you know a full functionig worm bin (like the kind i have) can decompose 10 to 15 pounds on garbage a day! We are going Green!! I love to peek at my worm! Tom thinks I am such a hippie!
well thats all for the Hanna's. See you all soon
